“They say not all heroes wear capes, but for one local boy he’s proving it doesn’t take a superhero to give back to those who it need it most.
Austin Teubert has autism but he doesn’t let that hold him back. He wanted to be like his dad who refurbishes old materials into furniture, but his dad wanted him to start small. So over the holidays Austin handmade ornaments and sold more than 200 of them, collecting $450.
His parents matched that amount and on Thursday Austin donated $900 to the Superhero Center for Autism. He says feels indestructible.”
