“The Roseville Police Department will become the second Macomb County law enforcement to team with substance abuse counselors to make house calls to encourage drug addicts enter a treatment program.
Roseville city and police officials earlier this week announced their participation in COMEBACK-Quick Response Team to compassionately provide help and support for those dealing with the opioids epidemic.
‘Sadly, we have not been unaffected by the opioid epidemic that’s been going across our country,’ said Police Chief Ryan Monroe. ‘I certainly recognize the need for something and quite frankly, we’ve never had the ability or resources to provide anybody with the help they needed until now.'”
