“Spreading more joy, that’s the goal of one Battle Ground woman heading into 2022. For the past two years, Fallon Taylor has been writing uplifting notes to brighten a stranger’s day.
She leaves them on cars, and even in grocery stores. She began the movement when a close friend died of suicide. Taylor says not only is it a way to honor his memory, but also a small gesture that can make someone’s day.
“I think a lot of people are angry right now and frustrated with everything going on, which is understandable,” said Taylor. “But I think just the littlest, big — just the littlest opening your heart and putting your hand out really, really changes people more than people know, and it feels amazing to do that.”,,,,
