“Little House Confections started as a charitable campaign in founder Liz Roth’s home during the coronavirus pandemic to raise money and awareness for Covenant House of California.
Stay at home orders were in full effect when the interior designer decided to channel her anxiety into baking, while also giving back to her community. That’s when her famous Olive Oil Cake was born. Originally meant for just her family and friends as a way to give back, what she thought was going to turn into a $100 donation became larger than she ever imagined.”
