In October, 2018, Peyton, then 8, was taken to the hospital with unusual weight gain and possibly early puberty.
She was diagnosed with adrenal cortical carcinoma.
This cancer only affects one in a million people.
After an 11 month battle, she is now in remission and giving back to her fellow child patients still in the hospital.
